To comply with the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act of the Republic of Estonia, we are legally obliged to request specific information and documentation from customers.
This request does not mean we suspect you of any illegal activity. Rather, it is a standard regulatory requirement that helps us assess potential risks, evaluate your activity, and verify your source of funds.
If you have not engaged in illicit activity and you provide the requested information promptly, the review will be completed quickly, allowing you to continue enjoying our services without disruption.

What is the Source of Funds questionnaire?
The questionnaire is a form containing a set of questions. This is a standard part of responsible gaming and regulatory requirements. By asking you a few questions about your financial status and the source of your income, we ensure that your gameplay is safe, secure, and compliant with industry regulations.
When can the questionnaire be completed?
The questionnaire can be completed once the first deposit is made.

How long does it take to verify the Source of Funds?
Documents are reviewed in the order they are received. Once your document has been checked, the notification is sent. While the review may take up to 12 hours, it is usually completed much faster.
What documents need to be uploaded for Source of Funds verification?
Full bank statement for the last three months in PDF format.
The statement must show:
Your official income (e.g., salary, pension, dividends, social benefits)
Incoming and outgoing transactions
The active balance section
How to upload: Go to "My Account" → "Source of Funds", and upload the document. Our compliance team will review it shortly.
Can the documents for Source of Funds verification be sent via chat or support email?
Documents must only be uploaded through your Source of Funds verification page.
Exception: If you experience technical issues preventing you from uploading, please let us know so we can assist.
How can a PDF file from a bank be downloaded?
Log in to your online banking system.
Find the section where you can download bank statements.
Select the time frame for the last three months.
Make sure the statement shows all incoming and outgoing transactions, the balance section, and your income transactions.
Download the file in PDF format and upload it to your player account.
Important: Only you can download this document directly from your online banking system. The bank itself will not provide it. If you encounter issues, please contact your bank’s customer support for guidance.
