What does KYC mean?
KYC stands for "Know Your Customer," and it is a standard process required for licensed gambling companies. A KYC check refers to the process of identifying and verifying the customer's identity.
Please note that the verification team reserves the right to request any document they might need.
For full account verification, three things should be verified:
- Proof of identity.
- Proof of residence.
- Payment methods.
In this article, we will cover the Proof of identity and residence verification, while the payment method verification can be found in the "Payment method verification" article.
The verification documents can be uploaded to your account's verification section.
Proof of Identity
Any of the following documents are accepted for identity verification:
- International passport.
- National ID card (photos from both sides).
- Driving license (photos from both sides).
Identity document and its photos must meet the following requirements:
- Photos are of high resolution and in colour.
- Photos must be authentic. Screenshots or graphics editors are not permitted.
- The document is readable. Make sure there is no glare from the flash and the photo is not blurry.
- The document is not physically damaged.
- The document must be positioned on a flat surface with all 4 corners within the frame.
- Documents that have been photographed only. Please note that digital copies will not be accepted.
Proof of Residence
We accept any of the following documents for address verification:
- Utility bill (water, gas, electricity or rent bills).
- Bank or credit card statement.
- Council tax, municipality bill or government tax letter.
- An official letter from your employer or educational institution confirming your address, stamped and signed.
- Tenancy agreement.
- Bank reference letter - A bank reference letter should be just an informative letter with your personal details and bank information. This letter should be in English and must meet the following requirements:
- Contains full bank contacts.
- Contains your full name and address.
- Contains the date of account creation and account type.
- Contains the document's date of issue.
The following documents are not accepted for the proof of residence verification:
- Mobile phone, internet and TV bills.
- Purchase receipts.
- Medical bills.
Proof of residence document must meet the following requirements:
- The document must be an original photo or a PDF file. Screenshots are not accepted.
- The document must have been issued within the last 3 months.
- The document contains your full name and address.
- The document contains the issuing entity name and date of issue.
- The document must be fully visible if this is a photo of a document - all four corners.
