Crypto wallets
Issues with crypto wallet deposits are rare. Usually, these issues are tied to incorrectly chosen crypto wallets for deposits.
To avoid this, please make sure you choose the correct currency and network on your crypto platform and that it corresponds to the chosen one on our deposit page.
Additionally, the fee paid to your platform for transaction processing in the blockchain indicates how fast the transaction will reach us - small fees mean that the transaction might take up to 48 hours, but such cases are very rare. In any case, be sure to look out for the fees!
Crypto transactions usually can take up to a few hours. Contact our support for further assistance if it takes more than that or if you have any additional questions!
