- Your account was closed or paused during the weekly cashback distribution.
- Your account was winning (in surplus).
- Your account balance was more than €20 during the distribution.
- Your account has not reached level 21.
- Note that cashback is being added automatically by the system each week on Monday between 15:00 and 15:20 UTC.
